Steps

1Open Reddit. It’s the red icon with a white robot inside. You’ll usually find it on the home screen or in the app drawer.

2Navigate to the subreddit where you want to link to a user. You can search for a subreddit by typing its name into the search box at the top of the screen.Advertisement

3Open the post on which you want to comment.

4Tap the comment button. It’s the arrow at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

5Add /u/[username] to your comment. Type anything you wish to post, and add the username tag (replacing “[username]” with the Reddit user’s username) anywhere in the comment.

6Tap Post. It’s at the top-right corner of the screen. Your comment will now appear in the thread with a link to a Redditor’s profile.
