This wikiHow will show you how to view your direct messages (DMs) on Instagram. You can only access your Instagram DMs within the mobile app, so you can't use your computer to see your messages.
Steps

1Open Instagram. This app icon looks like a camera icon over a rainbow background that you can find on your Home screen, in the app drawer, or by searching.

2Tap the paper airplane icon in the top right corner. This will redirect you to your Instagram Direct Inbox.Advertisement

3Tap the conversation you want to view. You'll see a list of your DMs here with the people involved in the conversation.
- Tap the person in the conversation you want to view to see the entire conversation with them.
