How to Enable High Quality Uploads on Instagram on Android and iOS

Instagram will compress your videos and photos for various reasons. Reducing media quality to speed up the uploading speed and avoiding high data consumption are some of them. However, you can avoid this problem by enabling the high-quality uploads option, which is hidden inside the settings menu. Launch the “Instagram" app on your android device. It's a purple, pink, and orange icon with a white camera inside, you can usually find it in your app drawer. Login to your account, if you haven't already done so.

Choose Data usage from the account settings. You can see it above the “Original posts” option.
