How to Defeat the Tyrannosaurus Rex in Tomb Raider Anniversary

This is to help any Tomb Raider beginners or those struggling to play Tomb Raider: Anniversary. This is about how to defeat only the Tyrannosaurus Rex.

Steps

Get to The Lost Valley in Peru. Tyrannosaurs Rex is found in Peru, Level 3: The Lost Valley. There will be a cutscene before the actual battle. During the cutscene, there will be two parts involving you. When the glowing white arrows appear, press the required keys W/S/A/D (method only tested on PC, but the rule goes for all gaming systems) depending on where the arrow is pointing.

Begin battling the Tyrannosaurus Rex by simply shooting at him with your pistols from afar. (Note: The Tyrannosaurus' rage bar at the top right of your screen) it will increase the more you shoot at the Tyrannosaurus. The Tyrannosaurs battles by advancing on you, chomping, and slashing with his tail. He's slow, so he's easy to avoid.

Adrenaline Dodge: Once the Tyrannosaurs' rage is at its peak, the Tyrannosaur will charge. If you have time, move to stand in front of a spiked bar. Once the screen turns blurry, use the Adrenaline Dodge (going either left or right) while locked on the Tyrannosaur. The moment it strikes red, shoot at him. The Tyrannosaur will fumble, and ram into the spiked bar (if Lara is standing in front of one) causing extreme damage to the Tyrannosaur. You can also defeat the Tyrannosaur without the use of the spiked bars in case you can't get to one in time; however, it takes longer time to defeat the Tyrannosaur.

Repeat Step #3. Eventually the Tyrannosaur's health will decrease all the way, and you can continue Lara's adventure.

How do I defend for the first time?

When Lara meets the T-Rex, a series of quick events will occur. Press the button/key according to the one displayed on screen, successfully evading each attack. In the arena, shoot the T-Rex repeatedly until the "rage" bar flashes. The T-Rex will storm towards Lara. Line yourself up with the spiky mounted things placed around the edges. You will have to do this three times in succession. Be sure to distance Lara so you have time to line up. After the T-Rex runs into all three, a final, quick event sequence will occur and cause the T-Rex to collapse... unconscious or dead? It's for you to decide.

How do I do Adrenaline Dodge?

Repeatedly shoot an enemy until its "rage bar" flashes. The enemy will storm toward you. Leap out of the way with your pistols drawn, and Lara will enter "adrenaline mode." You also can shoot the enemy; wait until the white circle turns red, then fire.
