This wikiHow teaches you how to return an item or order to Fashion Nova for store credit. As long as your order is unwashed, unworn, and not stained, you can return it for full credit within 30 days of the original shipping date.

Report defects and/or incorrect items immediately upon receipt. Fashion Nova will cover the shipping cost only for items that are defective or incorrect.^{[1]

- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE 24/7 HERE.
- Tap Return Assistance.
- Fill out the form and tap Submit.

Make sure your item qualifies for a return. Most items can be returned for a full credit as long as you’re within 30 days of the original shipping date. The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items with prices ending in $.96, $.97, or $.98.
- Swimwear, bodysuits, bodycon dresses, undergarments, or lingerie.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or stained by personal care products (such as deodorant or makeup) when you tried them on.

Fill out the return form that came in your package. If you no longer have access to that form, follow this link to the Easy Returns page, click or tap This form, then print the form.^{[2]

Package the items for return. Be sure to include the return form in your packaging.
- If you’ll be sending the return via a flat rate shipping service such as USPS Priority or Express, you can easily pack the order into that service’s flat-rate box or envelope.
