Store-bought cookies can taste pretty good but they're pretty bad for your body. Store bought cookies also contain a lot of calories and sugar. This is very hard especially if you're on a diet and have a huge cookie craving. Fear not this cookie recipe is low in calories, healthy and has no added sugar plus they taste scrumptious!
Ingredients
Microwave Oatmeal and Banana Cookies:
- 1 medium-sized banana
- 1 cup quick oats/oatmeal
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- Almonds, cranberries, dark chocolate chips or shredded coconut (optional - choose whatever you'd like in your cookies)
Using the Oven to Make Oatmeal and Banana Cookies:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup quick oats/oatmeal
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Healthy toppings of your choice (optional)
