3Scroll down and find Uber on the Updates list. The Uber icon looks like a white circle on a black background.
-
4Tap the UPDATE button next to Uber. This will download the latest software update for the Uber app, and install it on your iPhone or iPad. You can now use Uber's latest version.
- If you're not automatically logged in to your Apple ID, the App Store will now prompt you to sign in with your email or Touch ID.
- If you see an OPEN button next to Uber instead of UPDATE, or don't see the Uber app on the list at all, this means your app is up to date.

QuestionMy account is good, app is updated, but I don't have a way to schedule a ride for a later date. What could be the cause, and how do I fix it?ChristopherTop AnswererNot all areas have a way to schedule a ride for a later date. However, if you need a ride within 25 minutes, you can still request an Uber and the car will arrive - this will always be there. Only certain Uber Cities have the ability to schedule an Uber for a later date - no updating required. When scheduling is rolled out to your Uber City, you'll get notification that it is coming to your area.
