This wikiHow teaches you how to delete your name, credit cards, passwords, and contact information from Safari on your iPhone.

Method 1
Method 1 of 3:

Clearing Your Name and Contact Information

  1. 1
Open your iPhone’s Settings. It’s the app on your home screen with a gray gear icon.
    • When Safari automatically enters your name and contact details into a form field, the information comes from your Contacts card. This method helps you prevent Safari from pulling information from Contacts so you don’t have to delete your own Contact card.[1]
  2. 2
Scroll down and tap Safari. It’s about halfway down the list of settings.
