1Press the keys: Ctrl(Control), Shift, and C! This will bring up a long blue bar along the top of the screen.

2Make sure you can see the bar, Or it will not work because you will be typing into nothing!Advertisement

3If you can see the bar, that's good! Type into the bar: "testingcheatsenabled true" Take off the marks, or it will say: 'Command not found' Also, make sure there is a space between true and testingcheatsenabled!

4When you have typed it in, the bar will disappear. Then, zoom out, and move round to the mailbox so the mailbox is in view.

5Press shift, while holding it in, click on the mailbox, then let go of shift. If the normal choices come up, you have done it wrong. Keep trying if it keeps going wrong!

6If different choices come up than the normal ones, that's right! Then click the button:'Set Career' and there will be quite a few categories. There will also be more, click on more if one of the options do not satisfy you.

7Click on of the categories that you think the job you/your Sim wants would be in.

8Then pick your job! Simple, really, isn't it? and, Ta Da! You have a new job!
