Steps
Method 1
Method 1 of 2:
Phone, Email, or Mail
-
1Call 1-866-996-7243 to speak to a customer service rep. Give Sage’s international toll-free line a ring and navigate the automated menu options to get to the department you’re looking for. If you want to speak to an actual person, choose the option to speak to a representative to get connected with someone who can help you out.[1]
- Keep in mind that the Sage office is open Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm ET, so you’ll need to call during those hours to get in touch with someone.
- You can leave a message for a representative to contact you if they’re unavailable or out of the office.
-
2Fill out Sage's online contact form to have a customer rep email you. Go to the Sage contact page and click on the icon labeled “Contact us” to bring up the online contact form. Fill out all of the fields of the form and be sure to include a current email address. Submit the form and wait for a customer service rep to reach out to you.[2]
- Visit the Sage contact page at https://www.sage.com/en-us/about-us/contact-us/.
- You can use email to schedule a call or a consultation if you’re considering using Sage’s services.
- If you’re already a Sage customer, be sure to mention that and include your account information so a rep can better assist you.

This is a good option If you’re considering using Sage’s services or if you have a question or issue with your account. Draft an email that clearly states who you are and why you’re contacting them. Explain your issue or question, send your email, and wait to hear back from them.[3]
- Even if Sage Expert Services can’t assist with your specific issue, they may be able to connect you with someone who can.
-
4Try reaching out to Sage through one of their social media accounts. Sage has a bunch of different social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Use their social media to send them a message. Their customer service department may be able to follow up with you there and assist you or answer your questions.[4]

-
5Send a letter to Sage if you want an official record of your correspondence. Explain who you are and why you’re writing the letter to Sage. Include your account information if you’re already a member along with additional contact info so a customer service rep can reach you at the right place. Address the letter to the corporate headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.[5]
- Sending a letter can be a useful way to document a conversation and make sure it was received. For instance, if you want to close your account, sending a letter can be a useful way to keep a record of it.
