Steps

Open the Telegram app. Telegram is a blue-coloured circle with a white paper aeroplane on the inside. You can find it on your home screen or in your app drawer.

Tap Settings.

Tap on Privacy and Security. It is under the “Settings” header.

Select your preference under “Who can see my profile photo”. By default, your profile picture is visible to everyone on the Telegram app. You can change your preference to “Everybody”, “My contacts”, or “Nobody”.
