VNC enables you to remotely access and control your devices from internal and external networks. It's very helpful when you want to remotely administer a computer. However, there are a few times when you would like to prevent somebody from accessing your computer and/or monitor what you are doing. Luckily, you can block VNC.
Steps

Using the local computer firewall. (Windows)

1Open Windows Firewall with Advance Security.

2Click on Inbound Rules.Advertisement

3Click on New Rule.

4Under Rule Type, select Ports. Click on Next.

5Select TCP. Then enter the ports used by your VNC. Default is 5900 and 5800.

6Select Block Connection. Hit Next all the way to the end of the wizard.
