    Click Time & Language. You'll find this option near the bottom of the Settings window.

    Click Add a language. This option is near the top of the window. Doing so will open a window in which you can search for a language.

    Type in Telugu. This searches for the Telugu keyboard.

    Click Telugu. It's in the upper-left corner of the window. Doing so adds the Telugu keyboard to your computer's list of keyboards.

Using Google Translate

    Open Google Translate. Go to https://translate.google.com/ in your computer's web browser. This opens the Google Translate website.

    Click the far-left text box. Doing so will place your mouse cursor in it.
