This wikiHow teaches you how to print off the answers submitted on a Google Form that you created. You can print off all responses in their original form layout, which shows each individual's full form. If you prefer to see all the submitted data in a table, you can export the responses to a Google Sheets or MS Excel document and print that off instead.
Steps
Printing a Form Layout

1Go to https://docs.google.com/forms on your computer. If you're not already signed in, follow the on-screen instructions to sign in now. Make sure you use the same login info you used to create the form.
- You can also access Forms from the Google Docs home page by clicking on the 3 horizontal lines in the top left and selecting Forms.

2Click on your Google form. Look for it under "Recent forms", or select from a folder that you created.Advertisement

3Click Responses. This is at the top next to "Questions".

4Click on the 3 dots in the top right. This is the options menu in the first section that displays the number of responses.

5Select Print all responses. This will launch a preview in a new browser tab or window, and a print window will automatically pop up.

6Change any desired print settings. Make sure the right printer is specified at the top and change any color or copies settings if required.

7Click Print. The document will be sent to your printer.
Printing a Table from Google Sheets
