Things You Should Know

Use a Fire Stone on Eevee to get Flareon, a Water Stone to get Vaporeon, or a Thunder Stone to get Jolteon.
Level Eevee up during the day with high happiness to get Espeon. Level Eevee up at night when it has high happiness for Umbreon.
Trade Eevee to Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum and level it up near the Mossy Rock for Leafeon or the Ice Rock for Glaceon.

Talk to Bill to receive an Eevee. Find Bill at the Pokémon Center in Ecruteak City, and talk with him. After he leaves the Pokémon Center, locate Bill at his house in the west side of Goldenrod City.
