This wikiHow teaches you how to purchase V-Bucks from the Microsoft Store, using a computer. You can buy V-Bucks packages in your internet browser.
Steps

1Open the Microsoft Store in your internet browser. Type https://www.microsoft.com/store into the address bar, and press ↵ Enter or ⏎ Return on your keyboard.

2Click the Search button on the top-right. You can find it next to the Cart button in the upper-right corner of the page. It will open the search bar.Advertisement

3Type V-Bucks into the search bar. Matching results will appear in a drop-down as you type.
- On some computers you may see the search bar in the top left corner of the page instead.

4Click the V-Bucks package you want to buy. This will open the selected V-Bucks package's details on a new page.
- You can buy 1000, 2500, 4000 or 10000 V-Bucks at once.

5Click the Buy button. This is a blue button below the price tag on the right-hand side.
- If you're already signed in, you'll be prompted to confirm your purchase in a pop-up window.
- If you're not signed in, you'll be prompted to sign in to your Microsoft account now.

6Sign in to your Microsoft account. You'll need to sign in to your Microsoft account in order to complete your purchase.
- Enter your email, phone or Skype ID.
- Click Next.
- Enter your account password.
- Click Sign in.
- If prompted, verify your identity.

7Click Change next to your payment method (optional). If you want to change your method of payment, click this button in the purchase window. This will allow you to select a different card.
- If you want to add a new card, click Add a new payment method on the Change menu.
- You can also click Redeem a gift card if you want to use a Microsoft gift card.

8Click Buy in the purchase window. It's a blue button in the lower-right corner of the confirmation window. This will charge your selected payment method, and complete your purchase.
