How to Spawn a Zombie Horse in Minecraft

Zombie and skeleton horses actually spawn in Minecraft (not to burst anyone's bubble). But, you can still ride and tame one! (This only works in 1.700.90). [You will also be told how to make spawners of them!]

Steps

Type in /summon. This is a new command added in 1.7 that can spawn anything if used correctly, including Ender Dragons, Ender Crystals, Wither Skulls and even Giants.

Type Entity Horse ~ ~ ~. This will spawn the mob at your exact location.

Type {Type:3, Tame:1}. This will make the horse a zombie horse and it will already be tamed. might not work

Hit Enter. The zombie horse should spawn! You can put on a saddle, not horse armor. Be sure you typed this: /summon EntityHorse ~ ~ ~ {Type:3, Tame:1} (If you want a Skeleton horse type the same thing, just change the 3 to a 4.)

You need command blocks on PC to spawn them, but on pocket edition, they have spawn eggs in the creative menu to spawn the zombie and skeleton horse.

Why does this command not work on version 1.8.8?

On versions 1.8.8 and later, it is moved to /summon minecraft:EntityHorse and/or minecraft:Horse. In 1.10 it gets moved to Minecraft:Zombie(_)Horse and Minecraft:Skeleton(_)Horse.
