Are you a creative person who loves crayons? Well, read on to find out how to make an awesome masterpiece!
Steps
-
1First, find your supplies. (List of supplies below) Make sure that you are working in an area that you don't mind getting dirty.[1]
-
2Glue crayons onto the top of your canvas in rainbow order. Let the glue dry. This might take up to an hour.[2]Advertisement
-
3When your glue is dry, place your canvas against a wall so it's easier to make the melted wax drip downwards.[3]
-
4Take your hair-dryer, turn it on it's highest setting, and blow-dry the crayons. The heat from the blow-dryer will make the wax drip down the canvas. This may take awhile.[4]
-
5Once you're satisfied with your canvas, let the wax dry. It won't take too long. Hang up your masterpiece in a place where everybody will see it!

Community Q&A
-
QuestionCan you use something other than a hot glue gun?Community AnswerYes, most adhesives will work, but I don't recommend tape. Hot glue or tacky glue works best.
-
QuestionWill the heat from the hairdryer melt the hot glue that's holding the crayons?Community AnswerThe crayons will melt long before the hot glue, so you shouldn't have any problem with the glue melting.
-
QuestionHow do I block off a section?Community AnswerPut masking tape where you do not want the crayon to end up, and continue with your project. At the very end, carefully peel the tape away.
