4Heat oil in skillet to 350 °F (177 °C).

5Add Panko crumbs to a large plastic food storage bag. Shake well.

6Butterfly shrimp by cutting vertically down the back of the shrimp. Hold the shrimp firmly with one hand and slice halfway through the shrimp.
