This wikiHow teaches you how to copy a link to a post on Facebook using your clipboard on Android. While this does not copy a link directly to the video, it does copy a link to the post containing the video.

Steps

    Open the Facebook app on your Android. Tap the Facebook icon to open Facebook. It has an icon looks like a white "f" on a blue background. You can find it in your Apps menu.

    Find a post with the video you want to copy. You can copy a video's link from a post on your News Feed, your own profile, or from another user's profile.
    • You can also tap the icon with three horizontal lines in the upper-right corner to display the menu. Then tap Videos on Watch to display a list of videos.
    • If you can't find the video you want to copy, tap the magnifying glass icon in the upper-right corner. Use the search bar to search for the name of the person or account name that shared the video. Tap that account to view all their posts.

    Tap the video you want to copy. This displays the video in the Watch or More Videos feed.

    Tap . It's the icon with three horizontal dots. It's in the upper-right corner above the video. This displays the Options menu.

    Tap Copy link in the Options menu. This option is listed next to a chain icon at the bottom of the Options menu. It will copy the selected video's direct URL link to your clipboard.

    Paste the link in a text field to share it. Tap and hold on your phone's screen where you want to paste the link. Then tap Paste to paste the link.
    • You can paste this link anywhere and share the video post with your contacts outside of Facebook, as long as you copied the link from a public page. They will be able to view the video using the Facebook app or a web browser.
    • Note that if you share a link to a friend's post, people who are not friends with that person may not be able to view the video.
