    • You can usually find this app with an icon of a receiver in your dock.

    Tap the call icon
    Android 7 Call
    (Android and iPhone only).     If you have a basic phone without a display screen, you might need to reverse the steps to press the green call icon first then dial the number to call.

    Press # (if you hear a greeting). This will interrupt the greeting and let you continue.
