Submit a form. You can submit a contact form from their website to get in touch with them. Make sure you include important information like your previous profile name, your current profile name, and email addresses that they can use to contact you back.

Message them on Facebook. Search for Bumble on Facebook, then send them a message about getting the purchase restored on your profile.

DM them on Twitter. Search for Bumble on Twitter, then send them a Direct Message about restoring the purchases on your Bumble profile.
