Printing your own shipping labels is so much more convenient than going to the Post Office and having them printed. This wikiHow article will teach you how to purchase and print shipping labels from Etsy as a seller. You will need to do this using a web browser (tablet web browsers also work), but you cannot do this from the mobile app.

Steps

Go to https://etsy.com and sign in. Make sure you're using the correct credentials to log into the shop that has the shipping labels you need to print. You can use a computer, laptop, or tablet to access Etsy.

Click Shop Manager. It's usually an icon that looks like a shopfront next to your profile picture in the top right corner of your browser.

Click Orders & Shipping. It's in the panel on the left side of the page next to an icon of a clipboard.

Click to select the order that has the address you need to ship to. The order will show a checkmark to indicate that it is selected or a window will slide out from the right side of the browser window.

Click Download Shipping Labels. This should appear in a sliding window from the right side of your browser. If not, click Get Shipping Labels at the top of your screen.

Purchase the shipping label. Click through to either Review your purchase or Confirm and Buy. Once you purchase the label, you'll be able to download it or print it.

Click Print a Shipping Label. A PDF page with the shipping label will open. You can either save this PDF to your computer or print it.
- If you want to print from your phone, save this PDF and send it to your phone via services like email or Google Drive. Finally, open this PDF on your phone and print it wirelessly to your wireless printer.

Click the print icon and click Print. It's in the top right corner of your screen and looks like a printer.
