To get Azurill, you need to breed it, which requires collecting a Sea Incense. This article will walk you through the process of collecting the Sea Incense and then take you through the steps of using the incense to get Azurill.
Steps
1
Get a Sea Incense.
-
The Sea Incense is located in Mt. Pyre, which you have to reach the top floor (after you defeat Hex Maniac Valerie) and fall through the holes in the floor to reach it.
- Once you get to the top floor, drop down to the hole to fifth floor.
- There will be a Lax Incense on this floor. You may pick it up, but it is not needed to obtain Azurill.
- Fall through the lower of the 2 holes. This will allow you to get the Sea Incense on the next floor.
