Do you want to access that Snapchat chat faster or easier? With iPhones and iPads, you can pin conversations with people so your chat with them will always appear at the top of your chat list. Unfortunately, this feature is not available for Android. This wikiHow article teaches you how to pin a chat with someone on Snapchat.

Steps

    Open Snapchat. This app icon looks like a ghost on a yellow background.

    Tap the chat bubble icon. It's at the bottom of your screen and will direct you to all your chats.

    Long-tap on a chat with someone that you want to pin. A menu will slide up from the bottom of your screen.

    Tap Chat Settings. You'll see this towards the bottom of the menu.

    Tap Pin Conversation. This is usually in the second grouping of menu options between Edit name and Clear Conversation.
    • You won't see this menu option if you aren't using an iPhone or iPad.
    • You can pin up to 3 conversations.
    • The person you're chatting with will not be notified if you've pinned the conversation.
    • To unpin a conversation with someone, press and hold on the conversation in your chat list, then tap Chat Settings > Unpin conversation.[1]
