- ½ cup boiling water

- 2 cups Cool Whip topping
- 1⁄2 cup ice cubes
- 1⁄2 cup boiling water
- 1⁄2 cup cold water
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable shortening
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups (1 pound), powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1-3 tablespoons jello powder
- 1 package (3.9 ounce) instant pudding
- 1 cup cold milk
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tub (8 ounces) Cool Whip topping, thawed
- 1-3 tablespoons jello powder
