Community Q&A

QuestionWhat is a hand or stand mixer?Community AnswerA hand mixer is an electric mixer you hold in your hand and place into the bowl of ingredients to mix them. A stand mixer is the same basic thing, but you don't have to hold it, just press a button and it mixes your ingredients for you. If you don't have either, you can mix your ingredients by hand with a wooden spoon, whisk, or other implement, it will just take longer.
