- 1 cup (12 oz/340g) cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup (58g) sour cream
- 1 large banana, mashed
- 1 teaspoon, vanilla
- Dash of freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 package (16 ounces) confectioners sugar
