Wowcher is a British website that offers deals and discounts at hotels, restaurants, bars, and experiences, like skydiving or cooking classes. Contacting a large company like this can be frustrating, especially if you are having issues with your account or redeeming a voucher. There are a few different ways you can contact Wowcher online to get your questions answered quickly.

Getting Customer Support

Use Wowcher's live chat function for an immediate answer. If you need help with an order or are having trouble with the Wowcher site, start a live chat with one of their advisors to get your question answered right away. These advisors are available from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm GMT Monday to Friday and from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm GMT on Saturdays.^{[1]
