Wrapping a towel around your waist properly can mean the difference between confidence in the locker room and an embarrassing situation. A successful technique will be shown to ensure the towel stays around your waist.
Steps
-
1Hold the towel length-ways behind your back with adjacent corners in each hand.
-
2Wrap the towel around yourself with the right hand side overlapping the left, or vice versa.Advertisement
-
3Use both hands to hold the overlapping corner against the overlapped edge.
-
4Roll down the top edge over the corner.
-
5Continue rolling the entire top edge all the way around your waist. Voila. It will now stay securely on your waist.

Community Q&A
-
QuestionIs it the same for a blanket?Community AnswerYes, but you have to tuck in a hand sized part of the corner of the blanket. If this doesn't hold then just keep adding more tucked blanket until it holds and you are satisfied.
-
QuestionDoes this still apply if I want to wrap it around my chest area?Community AnswerYes, this method will absolutely still work. You might want to use a longer towel, just to make sure the lower half of you is still covered.
