Even if you’ve been seeing someone for a while, asking them to be official can still feel a little nerve wracking. Planning a romantic gesture is a great way to sweep her off her feet when you pop the question! Read through this list of romantic ways to ask a girl to be your girlfriend, then use your favorite one to solidify your relationship.

Make her a playlist.

Curate a list of romantic songs that she’ll appreciate. Head over to Spotify or Apple Music (or even YouTube!) and make a playlist with your favorite songs, her favorite songs, and a blend of the two. When you two are together next, set up the playlist on your phone and listen to it together. At the end of the playlist, you can ask her to be your girlfriend.^{[1]
