Do you want the Ice Type Snorunt on your team in Pokémon Emerald? Snorunt is really little, yet it can learn very powerful moves such as Ice Beam and Blizzard, and evolves into an amazing Pokémon. If you catch a male Snorunt, it will turn into a Glalie at Level 42, and, starting at Generation IV, if you catch a female, and it is exposed to a Dawn Stone, it can evolve into a Froslass. Steps

Go to Shoal Cave. Shoal Cave is behind Mossdeep city. Use HM Surf to get there.

Be sure that the time is between 3:00 AM to 9:00 AM, or 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This is because you can only find one during those times, and that is when the tides are low.

Go to the far corner of the cave, and you will come across a karate guy.

To the right of the cave, you will find a boulder. Use HM Strength to move it around.

Find the ladder and climb down it. You will be in a room completely filled with ice.

Walk around the room until Snorunt appears. Snorunt is very rare, so it may be a while until you find one.

Be careful while battling Snorunt. If it faints, good luck finding it again.
