In the land of Azeroth, there are many professions that you can choose to learn. As one of these, the enchanter, you can disenchant items into their magical elements, and then fuse these elements together into a powerful enchantment for both your armor and weapons. Of course, if you wanted to share these enchantments with allies, you can place them on a scroll that they may use to enchant their armor or weapons. Enchanting may be tougher then other professions, because while others may be selling old items for coin, you will be taking their magical elements thus destroying them in the process. But if you are dedicated enough, you can create some of the most powerful enchantments ever known.
Steps
-
1Find a trainer that will teach you to be an enchanter. These can sometimes be found in towns, but are more commonly found in cities. If you're still having trouble finding one, talk to a guard, choose "Profession Trainer" and then "Enchanting".
-
2When you talk to the trainer, pick the option to train in enchanting.Advertisement
-
3Open your spellbook and select the professions tab. You should now see a button to bring up the enchantments you can make, and another to disenchant things.
-
4Open your inventory and find the item you would like to disenchant.
-
5Click the disenchant button.
-
6Hover over the item you want to disenchant and click. Know that once you disenchant the item is destroyed forever.
-
7Retrieve the magical elements. You have now taken the first footsteps of becoming a master enchanter.
-
8Create enchantments using the elements. In order to actually create enchantments though, you will need to purchase a Copper Rod from a vendor next to the trainer, (the vendor will have <Enchanting Supplies> under their name).
- You will also need a Lesser Magic Essence and Strange Dust from disenchanting items.
- Open up the enchanting list from your professions tab and then choose the Runed Copper Rod and create it.
- You are now able to create enchantments!
Warnings
- Once you disenchant an item, you can never get it back. It's destroyed for all eternity.⧼thumbs_response⧽
