Google Play Store lets you search for any app you need that is available for Android and Samsung devices. All searched apps are also saved, in case you need them for future reference. If you don't find any need for the search history of the Play Store, then you can delete it. It’s quick and easy to do.
Steps
-
1Launch the Google Play Store. On your Android home screen, tap the Google Play store icon.
-
2Open the Play Store Menu. Tap on your profile icon at the top-right corner. The menu panel will pop up on your screenAdvertisement
-
3Tap on the “Settings” option. It will be the second last option in the menu panel. This will leads you to the settings page.
-
4Tap on “General”. Some options will show up under the “General” title when you do so.
-
5Tap on the “Account and device preferences” option. It's the first option in general settings.
-
6Clear the search history. Scroll down to the “History” section and tap the “Clear device history” option.
-
7Confirm your action. Tap on Clear history option to continue. This will now remove all previous searches within the Google Play Store. That's all!

QuestionHow do I delete a purchase order in the Play store?Jackson QuesinberryCommunity AnswerYou can delete the search history by going into the settings and selecting "clear history," but you cannot delete your order history for anti-piracy reasons. The only way would be to remove your Google account and start a new one. My personal recommendation is to hide your Play store icons in the APEX launcher app and hope no one comes looking.
