Certified Life CoachI'd encourage you to be honest with yourself. People rarely conspire against you or act out for no reason. Is there something you did that may have caused them to turn on you? If so, you may be able to fix that. If everyone has authentically just turned their back on you, all you can do is start over and focus on improving yourself!

About This Article
To turn your life around, start by identifying things you’d like to change, such as your job, bad habits, or your friendships, so you know what to do differently. Once you have a list of things you want to improve, write down a few goals to help you set the change in motion. For example, if you want to start your own business, set yourself the goal of reading a few books on entrepreneurship. To make room for your new lifestyle, try to cut out your bad habits, such as smoking or binge watching TV shows when you should be working. A healthy mindset needs a healthy body, so try to exercise regularly, sleep well, and eat a healthy diet to keep you in shape. For more tips, including how to stay motivated when you feel like going back to your old ways, read on!
