Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of bread
- Butter or mayonnaise
- Tomato ketchup or brown sauce
- 1 tbsp sunflower or olive oil

1Spread butter or mayonnaise on the two slices of bread.

2Oil and heat a medium sized pan. Break two eggs in the heated pan and flick a dab of cooking oil on top of the egg yolks.Advertisement

4Place the two eggs on one slice of bread. Dab any toppings you wish or anything else you want to add in your sandwich, for example lettuce or tomatoes.
