Walk down the stairs.

Go 1 space north of the rocks near the stairs.

Go north until you see some stairs.

Go up the stairs and try to find the exit.

Go west through the snow and get in the house to heal your Pokémon.

Get out of the house and go through the grass near the house.

Go north until the snow turns into a blizzard.

Go northwest until you see a house.

Go inside the house and talk to the man.

Go outside the house and look for an item northeast of the house.
