Choosing Appropriate Makeup & Hairstyles

    Keep your makeup simple and natural-looking. The key to keeping your makeup office-appropriate is to remember that you should only be enhancing your natural features. Instead, opt for neutral colors that only highlight your own beautiful features.

    As frustrating as it can be to not be able to wear leggings with dresses or long skirts and to have this freedom of expression taken away, it's just as frustrating for businesses to have employees pushing the line with too-tight, form-fitting lower-body garb that sparks inappropriate looks. It's probably easier for your business to ban them and not have the discussion over the minutia. Respect them and find new styles and ways to express yourself that don't involve leggings.
