Type 508 Accommodation and the title of the report in the subject line of e-mail. Notice to Readers Final 1995 Reports of Notifiable DiseasesThe notifiable diseases tables on pages 749-754 summarize final data for 1995. These data, final as of July 26, 1996, will be published in more detail in the MMWR Summary of Notifiable Diseases, United States, 1995 (1). Data in this summary were derived primarily from reports transmitted to CDC through the National Electronic Telecommunications System for Surveillance (NETSS). There were no reported cases of anthrax, diphtheria, and yellow fever in the United States during 1995; thus, these three nationally notifiable diseases do not appear in these tables. Population estimates for the states are from the July 1, 1995, estimates by the U.S. Bureau of the Census, Population Division, Population Branch, press release CB96-10. Population estimates for territories are from the 1990 census, U.S. Bureau of the Census, press releases CB91-142, 242, 243, 263, and 276.
