Table of the major digestive enzymes. 

This is a table of digestive enzymes. It lists the enzyme's name, where it is produced in the body, its site of release, and it pH level. Salivary amylase is produced in the salivary glands, released in the mouth, and has a neutral pH. Pancreatic amylase is produce in the pancreas, released in the small intestine, and has a basic pH. Maltase is produce in the small intestine, released in the small intestine, and has a basic pH. Pepsin is produced in the gastric glands, released in the stomach, and has an acidic pH. Trypsin is produced in the pancreas, released in the small intestine, and has a basic pH. Peptidases are produced in the small intestine, released in the small intestine, and has a basic pH. Nuclease is produced in the pancreas, released in the small intestine, and has a basic pH. Nucleosidases are produced in the pancreas, released in the small intestine, and have a basic pH. Lipase is produced in the pancreas, released in the small intestine, and has a basic pH.
