Although Boundless's primary audience is introductory college-level courses, companies can (and do) use our content for employee training as well.
Our Accounting, Business, Economics, and Finance subjects teach important financial skills important across many industries. Communications, Management, Marketing, and Writing teach other skills helpful for succeeding in the workplace.
As with more traditional educational institutions, Boundless also allows employers to upload their own employee-training material to our platform.The Boundless course structure allows employers to assign readings and refresher quizzes so that employees can be trained simply but effectively.

Boundless content primarily targets the introductory college level. However, we also work with companies who want to provide vocational training for their employees. The Boundless course structure and platform make it easy for your company to teach your employees about accounting, marketing, finance, public speaking, or any other subject we offer. We'll even work with you to help you upload your own employee manual if there is material specific to your company you want your employees to learn.

Boundless Course Structure

If you'd like to be able to track your employees' progress, you can set up a Boundless course, and your "students" can sign up for the course for $29.99 per person. If you'd like this to be a work expense rather than something employees pay for out of pocket, we can absolutely accommodate that: we'll give you access codes and then invoice you for the number that get used. Your employees will have lifetime access to great content that will help them in the workplace every day.
