Although Granger is not being used in the Meta, he's a Marksman who can guarantee critical damage for a basic attack. Along with his skills, he can potentially be unstoppable in the game. Know his pros and cons. While Granger has burst damage that can kill squishy heroes in an instant, his skills will be hard to work with. His ultimate formerly dealt three strikes in high burst damage but the damage is now centered on lost HP. He will also need to be extra careful with his distance (despite being a Marksman), as he has low durability.

Remember his passive. His passive is named "Caprice", and for every five basic attacks/bullets, the next basic attack will guarantee critical damage (adjusted per each level and physical attack). Take this as an advantage to kill off squishy heroes as a surprise.
- For his 1st skill and his ultimate, you can also guarantee critical damage at the last bullet, so this is advantageous for Granger.

Use his 1st skill. His first skill is named "Rhapsody" and quickly shoots all six bullets with his gun, with the last bullet being critical. He can also move while this skill is being used (along with using Rondo), so use this skill to chase enemies escaping your skill.
- You should also be careful, however, since this skill can be interrupted from Crowd Control (Minotaur, Aurora, Atlas, Tigreal, etc.), so be sure to time this skill properly.

Manage his 2nd skill. His second skill is named "Rondo". With this skill, Granger will dash in a direction. While it may be simple, this enhances his next two basic attacks via a physical attack bonus (10% to 30%). This skill can be used as sudden burst damage, as the physical attack bonus will help out when on a team fight/lane push.
- If you use "Rhapsody" and you hit a minion/enemy hero, the cooldown of this skill gets decreased in 0.5 seconds. Within a max level, if you hit all 6 bullets to an enemy hero/minion, the cooldown of the skill gets decreased in half (6 seconds to 3 seconds).

Make use of his ultimate. His ultimate is named "Death Sonata" and can turn his violin case into a super cannon, which shoots three super bullets (with the last one being critical). If you decide to use this skill on enemies that have low HP, this will be advantageous, since this skill is balanced based on lost HP (12%).
- Use this skill as the last straw for killing heroes, since the usage of both "Rhapsody" and "Rondo" should leave the enemy with low HP.
- If you decide to use the skill near an obstacle, it will be quicker to release all of the super bullets and move forward into a team fight/lane push.
