Started my IT career in 2005 by completing an IT vocational program in High School. Completed Adv. DB and Spreadsheets, Visual Basic, Java, AP Computer Science and AP Physics. Then worked for an HVAC company programming digital controllers for enterprise building automation. After doing that for a couple of years I looked to diversify my portfolio by taking a System Administration job managing Windows 2000 servers under a DoD contract. At this job I got my Security+ and A+ certifications as well as completed the MCSA curriculum at a Microsoft Certified Center for Academic Excellence. Then completed the CCNA 1 and 2 curriculum through Cisco Academy and went on to complete several other courses to include Network Security Vulnerability technician. Currently I am an IT department manager and system administrator of a small business of 200 to 500 people depending on the time of the year.
